Who this policy covers
This policy describes information collected through the Stellar Design Corp website. Our business is based in Florida, USA. Separate written agreements may govern data handled when we provide services to a client.
The short version
This website uses no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, and its pages load no scripts, fonts, or images from third-party domains. The only personal information we ask for is what you choose to send us through the inquiry form. Like any website, our server and the network provider in front of it also process technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
Information you provide
When you send a request through the inquiry form, we collect your name, work email, company name, and the message you submit. We also record the submission time, an inquiry identifier, and the page the form was sent from so we can manage your request. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential operational records in the inquiry form.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, discuss potential work, and maintain a record of our conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for advertising.
Cookies, browser storage, and technical data
This website does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Your motion preference (animations on or off) is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us. The website itself sets cookies only for signing in to the private administrator area. Our network and security provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie, or run a brief automated check in your browser, to tell visitors from automated traffic. It is not used for advertising.
To protect the inquiry form from abuse, we use a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limiting, kept for up to 24 hours, and keep the same kind of hash with your inquiry for up to 30 days to detect repeated abuse. We do not store your IP address itself with your inquiry. Server logs record the time, the page requested, and a shortened keyed hash of the IP address so we can protect the website and diagnose errors. Attempts to sign in to the private administrator area are logged with the IP address and browser type for security.
Where information is stored and who handles it
Inquiries are stored in a database on a server we manage at our hosting provider, and can be viewed in the website’s administrator area only by authorized administrators. Each inquiry is also forwarded by email to our company mailbox through our email service provider. Backup copies of the database are kept to protect against data loss.
Requests to the website pass through a network and security provider and the hosting provider of our server, which process technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. Information may be processed outside your state or country. Client operational systems and any future integrations are subject to their own scope, access permissions, and agreements.
Retention and security
Inquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after they are received, unless a resulting business relationship or a legal or recordkeeping requirement means we need to keep them longer. You may contact us at any time to ask about retention or request earlier deletion. A deleted inquiry can remain in routine backups for a limited time until those backups are overwritten, and the copy forwarded to our mailbox is deleted separately.
Access to stored inquiries requires an administrator sign-in protected by two-step verification. These safeguards reduce risk, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other actions regarding your personal information. To ask for a copy or for deletion of what you sent us, use the contact form or, where one is published, the email address in the footer of this website. We may need to verify your identity before taking action. Applicable legal obligations may limit what we can delete or disclose.
External links and children
External websites, including any linked social profiles, operate under their own privacy policies. This business-focused website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, contact Stellar Design Corp using the website contact form or, where one is published, the email address in the footer.
