Software and ELD data integration for trucking companies
We build dispatch tools and document workflows for trucking companies. Where your ELD provider’s API and plan allow it, we bring data from Motive, Samsara or your current ELD into dispatch and your TMS. Less of the day goes to data entry and chasing updates.

Where trucking operations lose time.
Not on the road. In the minutes between one system and the next.
Dispatch
Load details arrive by email, get retyped into the TMS, then get repeated to the driver by phone or text.
Driver documents
BOLs, PODs and receipts come in as phone photos. Someone renames, files and matches each one to a load.
Safety & compliance
Expiring licenses, medical cards and inspections are tracked in a spreadsheet that depends on one person checking it.
Billing
Invoices wait on missing paperwork, and nobody knows which loads are ready to bill until they ask.
We build tracking and reminders. Compliance decisions and responsibility stay with your safety team.
We speak trucking. Not just technology.
Dispatch, driver documents, compliance, billing. In transportation, a stalled handoff holds up the truck, the driver and the invoice.
Turn your ELD data into dispatch visibility.
Your ELD already tracks where your trucks are. Where the provider’s API and your plan allow it, we bring that data from Motive, Samsara or your current ELD into dispatch. The team sees it next to the loads they are planning.
See deadhead miles before you choose the load.
Each truck’s current ELD location sits next to upcoming loads and pickup locations. Dispatchers can see how many miles a truck will run empty before its next load.
That makes it easier to compare options on the real cost of the move, not just the rate on the load. The decision stays with your dispatcher.
Make fuel planning part of dispatch.
Where supported by the available data, we can combine route information, truck location, fuel prices, fuel stops, tank information and company rules. That helps the team spot more efficient fueling options while it plans the load.
Illustrative capabilities. Available data, provider access and company rules determine what can be integrated. Motive and Samsara are trademarks of their owners; naming them implies no partnership or endorsement.
BOLs, PODs and rate confirmations with less retyping.
A bill of lading (BOL), proof of delivery (POD) or rate confirmation arrives as a photo or PDF. AI suggests the load number, dates and whether a signature is present. A person reviews and approves the result, and the approved record is filed against the load.
Illustrative example. Extraction quality depends on document quality, so a person checks every record.

Which ELD providers can you work with?
In principle, any ELD that makes your data available through an API, for example Motive or Samsara. What can be integrated depends on your plan, API access and permissions.
Do we have to replace our TMS?
No. If your TMS has an API or exports, we work with it and add a tool only where there is a real gap. That is TMS integration, not TMS replacement.
Can you reduce our deadhead miles?
We can make them visible. With ELD truck location next to upcoming loads, a dispatcher sees the empty miles behind each option before choosing. We do not promise a number. The result depends on your lanes, your freight and your team’s decisions.
Are the examples on this page client results?
No. They are illustrative and show what can be built when the data and access are available. This site publishes no client names, numbers or results. If that changes, it will be only with documentation and the client’s approval.
How do we start?
With a workflow assessment: a working conversation about one or two workflows that cost your team time, such as load entry, POD collection or check calls. We map how the work runs today and what data is available. Then we tell you what we would build first and what we would leave alone. Scope and cost of any build are agreed in writing before work starts.
Tell us what you want fixed.
Describe one workflow that costs your team time, or one security gap that worries you. We’ll tell you plainly what we would fix first and what we would leave alone.
A practical conversation, not a sales pitch.
